Graduate Engineer Trainee

Overview

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in GE HealthCare’s Post Market Surveillance team, supporting customer complaint handling for medical technology products.

What you'll do

• Support post market surveillance and complaint handling for products in the global installed base.
• Review and process customer complaints received from hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other customers.
• Document complaint information and related activities accurately and on time.
• Assess product-related complaints, including potentially serious product events, with guidance.
• Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, technical, and cross-functional teams for complaint evaluation and closure.
• Participate in structured technical and professional training and apply learning through daily assignments.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• 0–1 year of professional experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Graduates from the 2025 or 2026 graduating classes.
• Minimum CGPA of 7.0 (or equivalent).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn Post Market Surveillance, Quality, and Regulatory processes.
