Overview
Senior Analyst, Network Onboarding supports end-to-end onboarding of financial institutions and network participants, helping ensure operational excellence, risk awareness, and compliance.
What you'll do
- Support end-to-end onboarding and ensure documentation and eligibility requirements are met.
- Review eligibility, business alignment, and risk indicators at onboarding and ongoing.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, security, product, and customer support to streamline onboarding workflows.
- Track and escalate high-risk attributes or discrepancies to stakeholders with clear summaries.
- Monitor industry trends on onboarding risks, financial crime, and regulatory changes to suggest process improvements.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in onboarding, compliance operations, or KYC/AML reviews in financial services or fintech.
- Proven experience in payments (e.g., card networks or remittance networks).
- Familiarity with onboarding and risk requirements for financial institutions, payment providers, or crypto entities.
- Detail-oriented analytical skills to synthesize complex information clearly.
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate across teams and escalate issues.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, remote-first, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt development.
Nice to have
- Experience in crypto or blockchain-related onboarding or risk roles.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments or digital assets.
- Certifications such as CAMS, CFCS, or CFE.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
