Overview

Graduate Trainee (Apprentice) in Global Technology to support the development and adoption of AI-powered solutions across the organization.

What you'll do

• Support the definition and refinement of AI product requirements.
• Conduct business and user research to identify AI solution opportunities.
• Document user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Track product adoption and usage metrics.
• Gather user feedback to support continuous product improvement.
• Perform market and competitor research on AI technologies and trends.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity about AI, technology, and digital innovation.
• Effective coordination and stakeholder engagement for AI initiatives.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.

Details

• Apprenticeship duration: 12 months.
• Shift: EMEA (1:30 pm - 10:30 pm IST) (India).
• Based in Goregaon (East), Mumbai; reports to the Director, Head of Sales & Marketing.
