Graphic Designer (Consultant)-1

Overview

Graphic Designer (Consultant) on the Advisors Creative Desk within Mastercard's Services team, creating on-brand content and campaign design for clients across Asia Pacific.

What you'll do

• Work closely with Creative Desk Project Managers, Art Directors and Copywriters to deliver campaigns end-to-end for assigned customers.
• Maintain quality, accuracy and consistency of content and design across all mediums, to industry best practice and client branding guidelines, minimising errors.
• Take overall responsibility for producing communications material on time and to budget.
• Present brand creative concepts to marketing teams, including consumer advertising for print, press, magazines, agents and other printed communications.
• Produce email and banner designs and graphical design elements, using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Produce creative guidelines to ensure brand and creative consistency across all mediums.
• Optimise graphic elements and resize images.
• Support social media efforts, in particular content research and creation, monitoring and moderating followers' interactions, and creating responses.

What you'll need

• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and InDesign).
• Strong portfolio of design work showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
• Understanding and experience in UX-based email design and UI design standards.
• Experience executing campaigns in social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Language: English.

Nice to have

• Interest in, and ideally experience with, Generative AI.
• Post-graduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing.
• Any other language.
• Exposure to UX/UI strategy and creative execution.
• An interest in exploring new programs and tools, such as GenAI, to improve work efficiency and quality.
