Graphic Designer I

Overview

Graphic Designer I focused on brand design across print, editorial, and light digital work. You’ll create large-scale physical design assets and ensure files are print-ready.

What you'll do

• Design large-scale print materials such as event signage, vinyl wraps, window wraps, and booth design.
• Produce print marketing materials like flyers and signage that are brand-consistent and print-ready.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, trim, color mode, and vendor specifications.
• Support layout and design work in Figma to keep print and digital brand consistent.
• Coordinate with print vendors and review proofs to catch issues early.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across physical and print touchpoints.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of professional design experience (internships and apprenticeships included).
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (most important skill).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Portfolio showing real print production experience (large format or event-based work required).
• Understanding of print fundamentals including bleed, trim, color profiles, file setup, and vendor requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and fast iteration with feedback.
