Marketing Growth & Communications Intern

Overview

Marketing Growth & Communications Intern supporting consumer marketing campaigns and lifecycle communications for millions of shoppers.

What you'll do

• Build and launch campaigns.
• Create and manage CRM communications in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app.
• Build, QA, and ensure landing pages and campaign assets render correctly.
• Run the asset production flow including approvals, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage compliance/legal approvals for marketing assets.
• Measure campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
• Use AI tools (Claude and similar) for research, first drafts, and reporting.

What you'll need

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfort with numbers and analyzing campaign results.
• Basic creative design skills and knowledge of Figma.
• Experience copywriting short, engaging messages.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and an improved productivity workflow.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
