Overview

Marketing Growth Analytics & Operations Intern focused on using data and experiments to measure and improve marketing programs.

What you'll do

• Write SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance.
• Track key metrics including DAU, NTM, LTV, and CAC.
• Build and own dashboards used for marketing decisions.
• Design and measure A/B tests across channels and define success metrics.
• Run post-test analysis to document what worked and next steps.
• Own consumer surveys from audience definition through reporting and optimization.
• Translate marketing needs into specs and tickets for engineering.

What you'll need

• Basic working knowledge of SQL.
• Comfort reading code and familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT or similar) for productivity and research.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a technical degree (engineering/computer science/data science/statistics/mathematics/economics or related).
• Comfort working in agile, matrixed teams with multiple inputs and quick turnarounds.
