Growth Engineer

Overview

Growth Engineer responsible for building and measuring self-serve funnel experiments across human UI and AI-assisted product experiences.

What you'll do

• Build and ship experiments for signup, onboarding, activation, and monetization flows.
• Design and refine product UI, including forms, empty states, navigation, and microcopy.
• Build AI-assisted onboarding, in-product agents, and guided workflows.
• Define hypotheses, add instrumentation, launch experiments, and iterate based on results.
• Partner with product, design, and data science to ship experiments.
• Work in the Cloud Console codebase with unified console engineers and app teams.
• Track acquisition, activation, and monetization metrics.

What you'll need

• Full-stack product engineering experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience building LLM or agent features, including tool calling, streaming, evaluations, or prompt design.
• Ability to ship small, testable versions and iterate from learnings.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with experimentation or A/B testing tools.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative code review.
• Excellent communication skills across product, design, data science, marketing, and engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping polished UI experiments and AI-assisted product experiences.
• Growth or product-led-growth team experience.
• Experience with ClickHouse or other data-intensive products.
• Familiarity with Auth0 or similar authentication integrations.
• Experience partnering with platform or infrastructure engineering teams.
