GSI Finance - Billing Process Owner

Overview

Own the GSI Finance Billing transformation agenda by developing strategy, improving billing processes, and leading automation and technology adoption. The role also leads stakeholder change management and a finance transformation team.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a global Billing strategy for the GSI business.
• Assess finance operations and define target operating models.
• Redesign, automate, and optimize invoicing processes.
• Lead finance system and automation-tool integration.
• Drive adoption of cloud, AI, and machine-learning technologies.
• Execute change-management plans and support finance teams through transformation.
• Lead and mentor a finance transformation team.

What you'll need

• At least 7 years of finance experience focused on transformation and consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex finance transformation projects.
• Knowledge of finance functions, processes, and technologies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Strong project-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree.
• Understanding of SAP PS/SD modules.
• Experience implementing contemporary technology in finance processes.
• Experience in a GCC organisation or similar IT setup.
