GTM Engineer

Overview

As a GTM Engineer, you’ll design and deploy an AI-native operating system to improve how go-to-market teams prioritize accounts and execute deals.

What you'll do

• Help GTM teams prioritize the right accounts using AI and data.
• Surface hard-to-find account intelligence (e.g., contact center scale, BPO footprint, tech stack).
• Continuously enrich and reprioritize accounts as signals change.
• Eliminate manual work in research, opportunity prep, and CRM entry through automation and AI.
• Auto-generate account plans, stakeholder maps, and discovery prep inside seller workflows.
• Automate deal execution steps like quoting, approvals, and document generation via AI agents.
• Write code and integrate/extend the GTM stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Centralize, Slack, Glean, Coda).

What you'll need

• Bridge deep technical ability with real GTM understanding.
• Have an entrepreneur mindset with strong ownership and bias to build.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of enterprise GTM and sales workflows.
• Be comfortable writing code and using APIs, automation, data systems, and AI tools.
• Have deep familiarity with modern sales tech stacks.
• Show high ownership, speed, and focus on revenue outcomes.

• Location: Remote (Remote / Hybrid, targeting SF or NYC; may consider additional US locations).
