Overview
Fresh Chartered Accountant role (Senior Associate - Private Equity Fund Accounting) in Pune, focusing on fund accounting and partner reporting.
What you'll do
- Assist in resolving breaks and preparing cash projections or wires.
- Set up the Fund and manage investments/AIVs/Partners in the system.
- Calculate fees and prepare NAV packs.
- Process capital calls and distributions and prepare waterfall files.
- Prepare and issue Partners’ capital statements (PCAP).
- Prepare financial statements as per US GAAP/IFRS.
- Handle audit and investors’ queries in a timely manner.
