HR Data and Reporting

Overview

Detail-oriented HR Reporting & Data Analyst role to collect, analyze and interpret business data, build reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Extract and analyze data and design interactive dashboards.
• Track business KPIs, operational metrics, and performance trends.
• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reporting systems.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency through automation.
• Support ad-hoc data and report requests and analysis.
• Document reporting processes, data definitions, and standard operating procedures.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, MIS, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of HR performance metrics and KPI frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
