About the Job

We are seeking a driven and people-focused HR Executive and Team Lead to join our team on a Full-time basis with OnSite work arrangement. In this role, you will support end-to-end HR operations while also leading and coordinating day-to-day activities for your team. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, communication remains clear, and people practices align with organizational goals. If you enjoy taking ownership, coaching others, and improving workplace experiences through strong communication, this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a HR point of contact for employee queries, policy interpretation, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate core HR activities including recruitment support, onboarding coordination, and maintenance of employee documentation.
• Support performance and attendance workflows by collecting inputs, assisting with reviews, and tracking milestones.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure timely execution of HR tasks and consistent service delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates, follow-ups, and status reports.
• Help improve HR procedures by identifying gaps, recommending best practices, and supporting implementation of process changes.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and assist in maintaining required records and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong COMMUNICATION skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and leadership.
• Proven capability to lead a small team or coordinate tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR fundamentals (recruitment support, onboarding, employee documentation, and basic HR workflows).
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain organization in daily operations.
• Approachable, empathetic attitude with the confidence to handle sensitive employee discussions.
