We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team on a Full-time basis with OnSite work flexibility. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities—from identifying suitable candidates to scheduling interviews and maintaining organized records. If you enjoy interacting with people, communicating clearly, and helping hiring teams find the right talent, this position is a great fit for you. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with MS Office tools and will bring strong interpersonal and follow-up skills to ensure a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage hiring and recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Support HR teams with maintaining recruitment pipelines, updating candidate status, and tracking applications using MS Office.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and ensure candidates receive timely updates regarding interview schedules and next steps.
• Verify basic candidate details and assist with documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and support the selection process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of resumes, interview feedback, and hiring outcomes.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through excellent communication skills and prompt follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (data entry, spreadsheets, and basic reporting).
• Basic computer skills and comfort using online tools for sourcing and coordination.
• Strong excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written messaging.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, helpful approach to candidates.
• Experience in recruitment is a plus; candidates with interest in HR and hiring are encouraged to apply.
