Overview

HR Service Delivery Analyst role focused on payroll planning and distribution, handling lower-complexity analysis and problem solving as an individual contributor within a team.

What you'll do

• Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue and reducing costs.
• Distribute employees' pay accurately and on time through chosen channels such as banks.
• Execute the distribution of earnings statements either manually through pay slips or electronically through company portals.
• Do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Payroll Planning and Distribution (P3).
• Payroll experience into US, UK or international payroll.

• Location: Mumbai.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Contract conversion to FTE.
