Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to attract top-quality candidates
• Participate in the hiring and recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Provide support in human resource management activities, such as onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Leverage search engine marketing techniques to enhance the visibility and reach of job postings
• Demonstrate management skills in coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to the sales and sales coordination efforts by providing HR-related support
