Human Resources Intern

About the Job

We’re seeking a proactive and personable Human Resources Intern to support our talent acquisition and employee engagement efforts in a Remote internship setting. In this role, you’ll help coordinate parts of the hiring lifecycle—supporting recruiting activities, assisting with candidate screening, and contributing to effective communication across teams. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to selection processes, talent management, and day-to-day human resource operations while developing strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, job portals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Maintain and update applicant trackers and hiring records.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process (interview invites, assignments, feedback, and rejection emails).
• Assist with onboarding by preparing offer letters, internship agreements, and coordinating virtual joining.
• Maintain HR databases and support day-to-day HR operations and internal communication.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, MBA/BBA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) or Microsoft Office.
• Must have a laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.
