Human Resources Recruiter

About the role

STARZ is hiring a proactive HR Recruiter to own our end-to-end hiring process and build a strong talent pipeline. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates and a key partner to our hiring managers, managing everything from sourcing through onboarding.

What you'll do

• Source candidates across job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna), LinkedIn, and employee referrals to build a diverse candidate pool
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess fit and culture alignment
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain organized candidate databases and recruitment records for tracking and compliance
• Follow up with candidates at every stage of the hiring funnel and provide timely feedback
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation coordination, and first-day logistics

What we're looking for

• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on recruitment or HR experience
• Proven proficiency with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn) and recruitment workflows
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you'll interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams daily
• Comfort working full-time from our Mira Road, Mumbai office (day shift)

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms
• Background in sourcing for technical or specialized roles
• Familiarity with employment law and compliance documentation
