IAM Identity Administrator

Overview

Administer identity and access management systems to secure organizational resources. Support identity lifecycle management, governance, access controls, compliance, incident response, and production operations.

What you'll do

• Administer onboarding, provisioning, role changes, and de-provisioning processes.
• Manage role-based access controls for systems, applications, and data.
• Monitor IAM systems, alerts, events, and system performance.
• Investigate and document incidents and resolve escalated production issues.
• Develop identity and security metrics reports.
• Support disaster recovery exercises and failovers to backup data centers.
• Participate in security audits and provide on-call support.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Identity Management experience.
• 5+ years of Windows and UNIX/Linux operating system experience.
• 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience with IAM systems, directory services, and tools such as CyberArk, Okta, and AWS IAM.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, LDAP, SCIM, and identity standards.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, and GDPR frameworks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and incident-management skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with PowerShell, Puppet, Chef, or similar scripting tools.
• Experience with Lottery Production Systems.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM, CyberArk Identity, AWS IAM Identity Center, or Microsoft Entra ID.

Details

• Remote, home-based in the United States.
• Travel to company-owned and co-location data centers may be required.
• 24/7 on-call support is required.
