Job description

Overview

Support imaging operations for global clinical research studies from study startup through closeout. Coordinate clinical-site activities, imaging data workflows, quality-control processes, and study administration.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate imaging site activities throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Collect, review, and track site qualification documentation.
  • Schedule site training, technical training, and onboarding.
  • Process and monitor imaging and study-related data.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and logistical edit checks.
  • Perform imaging quality-control and scanner qualification activities.
  • Monitor study progress, risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables.

What you'll need

  • High school diploma.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and electronic records.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Customer-focused approach and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a stated relevant field.
  • Experience in clinical research, healthcare, imaging operations, or pharmaceutical services.
  • Understanding of clinical trials, drug development, Good Clinical Practice, or regulated environments.
