Implementation Consultant Professional II

Overview

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Tekla Structures (Steel and Concrete) for enterprise clients in India, acting as the trusted technical advisor for net-new and existing accounts.

What you'll do

• Lead full-lifecycle software onboarding and implementation programs for new and existing clients using Tekla Structures (Steel and Concrete configurations).
• Conduct deep-dive technical discovery sessions to analyze client requirements, troubleshoot output customization challenges, and engineer tailored structural detailing workflows.
• Develop high-grade onboarding materials, system configurations, and best-practice guidelines that help clients adopt optimal structural detailing standards.
• Help clients establish realistic deployment milestones, deliver ongoing technical guidance to protect timelines, and track project deliverables and engagement logs.
• Serve as the primary onboarding anchor across Sales, Support, and Product Development teams, and present the value of Professional Services to prospective clients.

What you'll need

• 4–5 years of direct, hands-on experience using Tekla Structures across Steel and Concrete modules.
• 6–7 years of hands-on structural detailing and design experience with strong domain mastery in structural steel and reinforced concrete workflows.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent written and spoken English with exceptional interpersonal skills to engage client C-suites and job-site engineering teams.
• Strong diagnostic capability to troubleshoot software issues independently, manage tight schedules, and drive project success with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Fluency in spoken Hindi.
• Direct experience executing structural detailing projects according to international engineering codes and standards.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented approach with an eagerness to learn complementary Trimble software products.
