Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate within Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations, handling customer and employee queries for the HR Contact Center on a blended voice, email and chat support process, primarily for the US region.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handling escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers and giving best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations with seamless, personalized interactions.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• Manage a blended support process with 60-70% of interactions via calls and the remaining volume across emails and chats.
