Inbound Sales Representative Associate-Voice

Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate within Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations process, handling queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations in an HR Contact Center, primarily for the US region.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and give the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle a blended support process with 60-70% of interactions via calls and the remainder via emails and chats.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
