Inbound Sales Representative Associate within Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations, handling HR contact center queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations on a blended support process.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and give the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations with seamless, personalized interactions.
• Handle a blended support process with 60-70% of interactions via calls and the remainder via emails and chats.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
