Inbound Sales Representative Associate in Accenture's HR Contact Center within the Next Generation Customer Operations process, handling queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and deliver best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle a blended support process with 60-70% of interactions via calls and the remaining volume across emails and chats.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Prioritize workload and work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
