Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate in the Next Generation Customer Operations process, within Accenture's HR Contact Center, handling queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and give the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle a blended support process with 60-70% of interactions by call and the remainder by email and chat.
• Deliver services primarily for the US region.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
