Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate in Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations, Customer Service Technology area, supporting the HR Contact Center. The role handles inbound queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations, primarily for the US region.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and deliver the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle a blended support process with 60-70% of interactions by call and the remainder by email and chat.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Prioritize workload.
