Inbound Sales Representative Associate in Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations, handling customer and employee queries for the HR Contact Center, primarily for the US region.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and give best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations with seamless, personalized interactions.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

Details

• Blended support process with 60-70% of interactions by calls, the remainder by email and chat.
