Overview
Senior IT Security Administrator for Bitwarden’s India Engineering COE. Hands-on role covering IT tool administration, SoC/SIEM support, and security administration across enterprise systems.
What you'll do
- Administer IT tools, cybersecurity tools, and devices day to day.
- Provide first-tier and second-tier support for the security operations center (SoC) and SIEM.
- Administer and maintain security for endpoint and other enterprise IT systems.
- Respond to, resolve, or escalate security incidents and investigations.
- Monitor and investigate Zscaler ZIA DLP alerts for data leakage and policy violations.
- Monitor BolsterAI to identify phishing websites, malicious domains, and brand impersonation attempts.
- Review system logs, SOC/SIEM tools, and network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity and recommend resolutions.
What you'll need
- 8–10 years experience as a Senior IT Security Administrator leading IT teams in a software engineering organization.
- 3–5 years hands-on expertise administering Atlassian cloud products (JIRA, Service Management, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong hands-on expertise administering ZScaler-related services including ZPA, ZIA, and ZScaler DLP.
- Ability to administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights per policies and procedures.
- Experience monitoring ZIA DLP alerts for potential data leakage and policy violations.
- Ability to monitor and investigate BolsterAI outputs for phishing and malicious/domain impersonation attempts.
- Experience administering and maintaining endpoint protection/security using EDR, MDM, and related solutions.

- Location: Noida, Delhi NCR.
- Requires work coverage aligned with Indian Standard Time (IST).
- Reports directly to the Head of Information Security.
