Overview
Develop and industrialize data engineering, AI/ML, data science, and computer vision solutions for global manufacturing operations. The role applies manufacturing data to predictive maintenance, quality, process optimization, yield, productivity, and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Build scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, data models, and industrial data lakes.
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and machine learning model development and validation.
- Develop AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, quality prediction, process optimization, and forecasting.
- Develop computer vision solutions for industrial inspection and defect detection.
- Industrialize proof-of-concepts into production-grade AI/ML applications using MLOps, DataOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and versioning.
- Deploy solutions across cloud, on-premise, and industrial edge environments.
- Develop manufacturing KPI dashboards and analytics for OEE, FPY, yield, cycle time, and downtime.
What you'll need
- 3–8 years of experience in data science, AI/ML engineering, or industrial analytics.
- At least 2 years delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- English language skills.
Nice to have
- Manufacturing, smart factory, industrial IoT, or operational excellence experience.
- French language skills.
