About the role
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team and support our Influencer Marketing Executive. You'll own campaign execution, scout and outreach to new influencers, and help scale our influencer partnerships across platforms. This role is ideal for someone with proven hands-on experience in influencer marketing—not an entry-level position.
What you'll do
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery, coordinating timelines and deliverables with creators
- Identify and research potential influencers on Instagram and other social platforms, analyzing audience quality, engagement rates, and brand fit
- Conduct outreach and negotiation with influencers to secure partnerships, manage rates, and finalize contracts
- Maintain relationships with existing influencer partners and track campaign performance metrics
- Support the Influencer Marketing Executive with campaign planning, reporting, and strategy refinement
What we're looking for
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience managing or executing influencer marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to research influencer profiles and assess audience authenticity and relevance
- Strong negotiation and communication skills—you'll be pitching to creators and closing deals
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram especially) and influencer ecosystems; ability to spot emerging talent and micro-influencers
Nice to have
- Experience with influencer marketing tools or platforms (e.g. HypeAuditor, Modash, Klear)
- Knowledge of content creator agreements and contract basics
- Track record of successful campaign launches or influencer partnerships
