What you'll do

• Complete a rotational development program of 3 rotations of 8 months each, experiencing different technology domains and developing a variety of skills.
• Take on assignments within your specific business covering diverse projects in Data Analytics & Operations, Technical Product Management, Digital Engineering, and more.
• Participate in global classroom experience and virtual coursework focused on technical training, leadership, and business acumen.
• Work on a broad set of diverse assignments spanning areas such as project and product management, process optimization, data analytics, IT operations, software development, and more.

What you'll need

• A Master's Degree in Business Management with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM majors with IT experience.
• 1.5 - 2 years of prior experience.
