Infrastructure Analyst

Overview

Infrastructure Analyst role focused on managing server environments across Linux and Windows/ESX, working with vendors to deliver services and maintain systems in line with policies and SLAs.

What you'll do

• Work with vendors to manage a Windows Server environment and plan solution delivery for Linux and Windows/ESX.
• Ensure services are delivered per agreed SLAs/OLAs for quality and scope.
• Perform change, problem, and incident management according to ITIL processes.
• Monitor daily system health, including hardware integrity, availability, server resources, and key process status.
• Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Support security compliance by ensuring servers meet organizational security policies with vendors/partners.

What you'll need

• Exposure to managing servers hosted in data centers (1000+).
• Core technical skills in Windows and Linux operating system administration.
• Knowledge of hardware design, including RAID solutions and high-availability clustered environments.
• ITIL certification and ITIL-aligned process execution.
• VMware certifications exposure/requirement.
• MCSE – Server Infrastructure and/or similar certification.
• B.E. or MCA qualification.
