SAP BTP Admin - Manager

Overview

SAP BTP Admin - Manager role focused on managing SAP BTP and related integration, AI, API, and support activities for clients.

What you'll do

• Lead teams and manage client accounts with strategic planning and mentoring of junior staff.
• Oversee SAP products/technologies including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support.
• Proactively assist in managing a portfolio of clients and report to senior managers and above.
• Adhere to SLAs and handle incident, change, and problem management activities.
• Support management and delivery of large projects and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Train, coach, and supervise staff while resolving issues that prevent effective team work.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• English proficiency for oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of SAP cloud offerings like BTP and CPI.
• Experience administering SAP Integration Suite and CPI for building/monitoring/troubleshooting integration scenarios.
• Experience with integration governance and event-driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh.
• Exposure to ITIL framework.
