Infrastructure Architect

Overview

Lead the definition, design and documentation of technical environments, deploying solution architectures and promoting a consistent business vision through technical architectures. This is a Dynatrace Administration-focused architecture role based at the Bengaluru office.

What you'll do

• Lead the definition, design and documentation of technical environments.
• Deploy solution architectures and conduct analysis of alternative architectures.
• Create architectural standards and define processes to ensure conformance with standards.
• Institute solution-testing criteria.
• Define a solution's cost of ownership.
• Promote a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures.
• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and enforcement of architectural standards and best practices.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

What you'll need

• Must have: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience required; the candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration.
• Experience in monitoring and managing application performance using Dynatrace tools.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components and their integration within enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze system performance data and recommend improvements.
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to infrastructure monitoring.
• Educational qualification: 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automation and scripting to optimize monitoring processes.
