Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

Infrastructure Engineer responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure platforms that support applications and data systems.

What you'll do

• Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions for business requirements.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to identify and resolve issues, vulnerabilities, or outages.
• Use automation and software scripting/coding to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Implement secure configuration and measures to protect infrastructure, hardware, software, and data from unauthorized access.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to define infrastructure requirements and ensure integration.
• Lead and supervise a team and coordinate team resources where leadership responsibilities apply.

What you'll need

• In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
• Experience is described as “relevant years” of prior experience in Salesforce.com technologies (no specific number given).
• Certified Salesforce Administrator qualification is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Project management skills and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and multi-national teams and communicate complex/sensitive information.
