Overview

Inside sales consultant role at hear.com India, consulting hearing-impaired customers by telephone to find and purchase a suitable hearing aid.

What you'll do

• Consult customers via telephone throughout every step of the process (B2C process)
• Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer
• Act as the bridge between the customer and partner providers
• Provide knowledge and in-depth advice on hearing loss and hearing aids
• After understanding the level of hearing loss and budget of the customer, suggest the ideal hearing aid and help them purchase it

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of any regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Punjabi
