Institutional Equity Division - Associate, Fund Accounting (Bangalore)

Overview

Support hedge fund clients through fund accounting services, including NAV calculation, reconciliations, portfolio updates, and performance review.

What you'll do

• Calculate daily NAV for hedge fund clients.
• Review MSPA-to-custodian reconciliations and resolve breaks.
• Perform P&L analysis and daily cash projections.
• Review general ledger exceptions and make adjustments.
• Process accruals, non-automated transactions, and OTC derivatives.
• Analyze securities pricing and validate corporate action data.
• Provide audit support and assist with compliance functions.

What you'll need

• 0–2 years of prior work experience, preferably in financial services.
• Administrative and organizational skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure during increased month-end workloads.
• Ability to work in a virtual team across time zones and geographies.
• Ability to use financial systems and IT tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hedge fund processing.
