Overview

Institutional Investment Operations Associate responsible for operational and customer support across institutional trade lifecycle and settlement-related activities.

What you'll do

• Provide operational and customer support for lifecycle tasks for institutional trades.
• Assist with client account onboarding and cash payment input and monitoring.
• Support custodial operations, securities settlement services, and asset servicing structured loan operations.
• Help resolve confirmation and ISDA-related issues by gathering supporting data.
• Monitor internal and external systems for trade settlements and fail control.
• Own reconciliation activities and coordinate and report to stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between settlement teams and internal/external clients and partners.

What you'll need

• 6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience (or equivalent via work/training/military/education).
• Sound knowledge of the trade life cycle.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Broadridge systems including Impact, BPS, Ascendis, and Bloomberg.
• Working knowledge of Intelli match Reconciliation tool.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
