Instructional Designer – Hybrid

Overview

Design and develop customer-facing learning experiences for clinical trial sponsors, CROs, site staff, and internal teams. The role covers eLearning, microlearning, virtual sessions, and live training in a hybrid setting.

What you'll do

• Assess learning needs and recommend instructional design solutions.
• Develop product, project, and protocol-specific training assets.
• Create eLearning modules, presentations, job aids, reference guides, and documentation.
• Manage training development from needs analysis through continuous improvement.
• Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional project teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness and communicate project risks.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or instructional design.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Learning and Development, Education, Business, or a related field.
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies.
• Experience using tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline 360, PowerPoint, or Adobe Captivate.
• Skills in content development, learning technology, curriculum design, and project management.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience translating technical specifications into training solutions.
• Experience creating video, animation, or multimedia learning content.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research.
