Overview

Graduate Engineer Trainee role supporting engineering and development teams on ongoing projects within the automotive domain at Embitel Technologies (a Volkswagen Group company), Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Work closely with engineering and development teams to support ongoing projects.
• Learn and apply skills in C++, Python, Java and AI/ML as per project requirements.
• Solve complex problems using analytical and logical reasoning.
• Work on microprocessor/controller programming and development.
• Contribute to OS-level implementations and driver development.
• Assist in designing and testing hardware components and systems.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and upskill in alignment with project needs and company goals.

What you'll need

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• A strong academic foundation in your respective stream, with a minimum of 65% aggregate throughout your academic history.
• Programming expertise in C++, Python, Java.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills (problem solving and logical aptitude).
• Familiarity with microprocessor/microcontroller architecture and applications.
• Understanding of operating system fundamentals.
• Interest or experience in hardware design and driver programming.
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
