Firmware Test Development Engineering Intern focused on embedded systems development and firmware programming in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and debug firmware for embedded systems and microcontrollers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features.
• Optimize existing code.
• Document firmware designs and test procedures.
• Support version control management and code reviews.
• Analyze firmware performance.
• Participate in team meetings and propose project improvements.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.

Nice to have

• Strong programming in C/C++, Python, and tcl.
• Exposure to AI concepts such as machine learning or data analytics.
• Fast learner and eager to learn and contribute in a team environment.
