Overview
Intern process engineer responsible for monitoring and controlling plating processes in manufacturing engineering operations to meet quality and yield targets.
What you'll do
- Monitor and control plating processes to meet quality and yield targets.
- Manage plating bath chemistry, including refresh scheduling.
- Troubleshoot plating process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support process changes.
- Ensure compliance with contamination control procedures.
- Track and analyze OEE metrics and support process parameter revisions to improve efficiency.
- Participate in FMEA activities, risk assessments, and change control processes.
What you'll need
- Minimum degree in Chemical Engineering or an engineering background.
- Understanding of electroplating principles and chemistry.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Experience with process control systems and data analysis.
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations and safety protocols.
- Ability to use a computer for communication and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to communicate in English.
Nice to have
- Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
