We are seeking an experienced International Voice Process professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of international customer inquiries and sales-related tasks, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to international clients through phone, email, and chat channels
• Handle international sales and support inquiries with proficiency
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working during night shifts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a similar international customer service or sales role
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs
• Proficient in customer service and able to handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently
• Strong international sales acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
• Comfortable working in a night shift environment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
