International Voice Process Executive

We are hiring for an International Voice Process role on a Full-time basis with OnSite work arrangement. In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients, ensuring every conversation is professional, accurate, and solution-focused. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, supporting their queries, managing service requests, and maintaining strong communication through voice-based support. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, have a confident communication style, and can adapt to a structured night shift schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer Support - Handle real time voice calls from Customers in North America.
• Problem solving - Resolve issues without replying strictly, you should provided a proactive solutions
• Documentation - Accurately track and document all customers interaction in CRM System
• Meet specific targets including CSAT, AHT, FCR

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of English communication for voice-based customer handling.
• Experience or comfort working in a Customer Support environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of International Voice Process & Client Handling expectations.
• Ability to work in rotational night shift schedules.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic customer ticketing/documentation practices.
• Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport while handling calls.
