Internship- FTM MOC

Overview

A 6-month internship as an FTM MOC Intern in the Customer Services FTM department at Airbus India, supporting fleet monitoring, technical publication review and maintenance documentation.

What you'll do

• Assist MOC Duty Manager in real-time fleet monitoring through SHM, tracking and recording technical defects and delays, and providing technical recommendations
• Review technical publications and provide multi-ATA technical support for airframe, avionics, powerplant and structures
• Compile reports, review customer MIS for repeat defect tracking, and collect and analyse reliability data
• Review completeness of all maintenance and operational documentation, including maintenance checks, work orders and Technical LogBook
• Continuously input data into the AFHS Maintenance Information System (MIS)
• Ensure records are maintained and updated to the highest quality standard in documentation and in the MIS with regard to Continuing Airworthiness Management

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing A.M.E / Bachelor / Master Degree (preferably in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering), or AME BAMEC Holder in B1/B2 Stream
• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Indian / International Aviation regulations (EASA / DGCA) and basic knowledge of PART M and PART 145
• Technical support across airframe, avionics, powerplant and structures
• Assertive, proactive and structured team player
• Excellent communication and customer management skills
• Excellent level of spoken and written English

• Internship duration: ideally 6 months, starting January 2027 (subject to flexibility)
