Internship Packaging Engineering & Medical Devices – 6 Months | Start Spring 2027

Overview

Packaging Engineering & Medical Devices Internship (6 months) starting Spring 2027 in Schönkirchen, near Kiel (Germany). You will support development, testing, and improvement of packaging solutions for medical technology products.

What you'll do

• Support integration of new products into existing packaging systems.
• Contribute to packaging solutions based on user needs and packaging development methods.
• Assist with packaging tests to verify and validate design concepts.
• Support prototype and production part testing, including preparation, setup, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing packaging concepts and develop new solutions.

What you'll need

• Be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in a relevant engineering or packaging field.
• Have completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Have initial experience with CAD, preferably Creo or SolidWorks, and/or simulation tools such as ANSYS.
• Communicate confidently in English (minimum B2).
• German language skills (minimum B2) are a plus.
