Interview Engineers facilitate technical interviews for software developers using Karat’s platform, helping create more objective and inclusive hiring processes by evaluating candidates and improving interview signals.

What you'll do

• Facilitate interviews through Karat’s platform.
• Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating coding skills and technical knowledge.
• Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, and communication skills.
• Evaluate knowledge question answers and the candidate’s coding approach.
• Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.

What you'll need

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Have excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Have reliable access to a working webcam and microphone.
• Have a stable Internet connection.
• Have professional and interpersonal skills.
