Overview

Interview Engineer to facilitate and evaluate technical interviews with software developers via Karat’s platform.

What you'll do

• Facilitate interviews through Karat’s platform.
• Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating coding and technical knowledge.
• Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication, and evaluation responses.
• Assess candidates’ knowledge question answers and coding approach.
• Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Reliable access to a working webcam and microphone.
• Stable Internet connection.
• Professionalism and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting technical interviews (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
