Overview

Interview Engineer to facilitate and evaluate technical interviews through Karat’s platform, improving objectivity and hiring signals.

What you'll do

• Facilitate interviews with software developers through Karat’s platform.
• Create an enjoyable candidate experience while assessing coding skills and technical knowledge.
• Evaluate candidate performance, coding style, communication, and coding approach.
• Provide input on objective evaluation of responses to technical knowledge questions.
• Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Professionalism and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting technical interviews (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
